Hotel’s check-in & check-out time is 12 Noon. Early check in and late checkout requests can be considered subject to availability of rooms with additional charges.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- In case of cancellation or non-arrival amounting to No-Show, the following charges would be applicable as per the rate selected. Please notify the Hotel at least 2 days
- If Cancellation is made 2 days prior of the arrival –- No cancellation charges applicable.
- If Cancellation made within 2 days of the arrival -- One night retention will be charged.
- If Long Stay/Group booking cancellation/amendment should be received 20 days prior to the arrival date.
Child Policy
- 6 yrs and above will be on chargeable basis. (Rs.1500 plus taxes).
- All room bookings wherein the expected time of arrival of the guest is before 0800 hrs, needs to pre-blocked from a day prior to the arrival date.
- All room requests need to be guaranteed by credit card details encompassing name, card number, and type of card, date of expiry or prepayment of one night’s accommodation charge by cash or demand draft at the hotel or a company guarantee letter signed by an authorized signatory on the company letter head.
Non Guaranteed Reservations
The hotel reserves the right to release same day confirmed bookings without a guarantee by 1600 hrs on the date of arrival. Released accommodation will be provided subject to availability of rooms. Advance not received / non guaranteed bookings may be released at 1800 hrs of previous day of arrival.
